During his 25 years working for some of the largest contractors in the electrical industry, Bruce worked as an electrician, estimator, project manager, chief estimator, pre-construction manager and operations manager. His experience was with all types of projects including medical, educational, government, industrial, manufacturing, process plants, transportation and commercial buildings. Specializing in complex projects, he has worked on projects throughout the United States and overseas.
Bruce is a Certified Cost Professional with the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) and LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design & Construction with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). He is an active member of the AACEI National Capital Section and currently is the Communications Committee Chair.
David has over 20 years of experience in the estimating, design and construction industry. He is an accomplished Estimator and Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, utilities, interiors and other disciplines of the design and construction industry. David has estimating experience in both design submission budgets and subcontractor bids.

David has worked for contractors; construction cost management firms including DMS International; and for SmithGroup, one of the largest design firms in the United States. His experience is with all types of projects including medical facilities, laboratories, commercial buildings, universities, grade schools, government facilities, central plants and defense facilities. He has worked on projects throughout the United States as well as overseas.
Bryce has over 20 years of construction and 8 years of general industry experience with an emphasis on the planning and scheduling of time sensitive and complex phasing projects. He is an accomplished scheduler, project controls manager, assistant safety director, estimator and quality control inspector.
Lead Scheduling Consultant
Based upon his experience, Bryce is recognized in the industry for his ability to manage CPM scheduling needs for Design, Pre-Construction & Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Facilities Maintenance Phases of a project. He provides Critical Path Method (CPM) Development, Analysis, Updating, and Recovery Schedule services on projects ranging from small renovations to very large multi-year projects in excess of one billion dollars in construction cost.

Bryce has worked for contractors; construction cost and scheduling management firms and energy companies on projects throughout the United States and overseas. His experience is with a wide range of projects in the Commercial, Industrial, Public Transportation, and Federal sectors.
Bill has over 17 years of working in the mechanical contracting industry as a Project Engineer, Estimator and Project Manager on a wide variety of projects. He has extensive experience with working on complex mechanical systems in clean room manufacturing, data centers, laboratories, airports and sensitive government facilities.
Senior Mechanical Estimator / Consultant
Bill has worked for some of the largest contractors in the mechanical industry including Trautman & Shreve, Inc. (an EMCOR company), John J. Kirlin, Inc. and U.S. Engineering Company. He has also worked as a cost consultant and has experience in both conceptual design submission budgets and the preparation of subcontractor bids on projects throughout the United States and overseas.
Primavera Project Management P6 or Primavera Project Planner P3 are the softwares of choice but his services can be tailored to accommodate Primavera Suretrak and Microsoft Project users.
Albert (Al) Broomans
Al has over 25 years of working in the electrical contracting industry. He is an accomplished Estimator and Project Manager with in depth experience of working on a wide variety of projects from the concept and bidding stage through the construction and final project closeout. Al has hands on knowledge of the costs associated with working in the Chicago region.
Senior Electrical Estimator / Consultant
Before working as an estimator and project manager, Al worked in the field for ten years, climbing up the ranks from apprentice to general foreman. He holds a Journeyman “A” Card and is a former member of IBEW Local 134.
In addition to working for some of the largest electrical contractors in the Chicago area; Al also worked for Construction Cost Systems, an independent cost consulting firm. His experience is with all types of projects including medical facilities, assisted living facilities, airports, commercial buildings, universities, grade schools, government facilities, retail, central plants and water treatment facilities. He has experience in both estimating and installation of medium and low voltage power distribution, branch power, lighting and controls, generators, UPS systems, fire alarm systems, security systems, lightning protection, nurse call systems, audio visual, voice data cabling and other special electrical systems.
Robbyn has over 25 years of experience in the estimating, design and construction industry. She is an accomplished Estimator and Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical and electrical disciplines. Robbyn also has extensive experience in green building cost, value engineering and designing to budget.

During her 25 years working for the both mechanical and general contractors, she has worked as a mechanic, a field engineer, a project manager, estimator, change manager and pre-construction manager. She has experience with all types of projects including BSL laboratories, pharmaceutical plants, medical, educational, government and commercial buildings. She has worked throughout the United States on a wide variety of complex projects.
Robbyn is a registered Professional Engineer and her extensive on-site career coupled with her design capabilities make her especially effective in the early stages of estimating conceptual and schematic designs. She is a member of ASME.
